All about your privacy
Privacy, in plain language.
Updated 8 July 2026
Overmind Digital ("we," "our," "us") believes plain language is a governance control — so this policy says what we actually do with your information, without the fog. By using our website or services you agree to this policy and to our terms & conditions.
Who we are
Overmind Digital operates from the United Arab Emirates and provides the digital transformation management system at overmind.digital and app.overmind.digital (together, the "Service").
What we collect
We collect information only when you give it to us or use the Service:
- Contact form — your name, work email, organization (optional), and message, so a person can reply to you.
- Newsletter — your email address, so we can send you The DX Weekly. Every letter includes a way to unsubscribe.
- Account & platform data — when you register on the platform: your name or username, email, job title, password, and the organization details you describe so the Service can work for you. Your governance and transformation designs are your business — we treat them as confidential.
- Website analytics — we use two tools. Plausible is cookieless and collects no personal data; we see only aggregate numbers (pages visited, referral sources, country). Google Analytics helps us understand how visitors use the site; it sets cookies and collects usage data (pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location) under Google's own privacy terms. We use both for aggregate insight, never to build individual profiles.
What we do with it
- Run, personalize, and improve the Service.
- Respond when you write to us.
- Process transactions when you subscribe to a paid plan.
- Send the newsletter and service updates you asked for.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers. Where we use service providers (for example hosting, payments, or analytics), they process data on our instructions under agreements that protect your privacy.
Cookies & local storage
We store your theme preference (dark or light) in your browser's local storage — it never leaves your device. Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish visitors and sessions; you can block or delete these in your browser settings and the site works fine without them. Plausible sets no cookies at all. The platform uses the cookies it needs to keep you signed in securely.
How we protect it
Traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS/SSL) and your data is protected with state-of-the-art measures — private by design. No system is perfectly infallible, so we don't promise the impossible; we do promise care, and prompt honesty if something goes wrong.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Unsubscribe from the newsletter any time. Block analytics cookies without losing any functionality. If you disagree with this policy, please don't use the Service.
Changes
If this policy changes, the update appears on this page with a new date at the top. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated policy.
