What you will produce #
The current product preview demonstrates the intended path from an organization profile to a scored governance result. It gives you a prioritized set of objectives to review, not a final judgment about the organization, and it does not yet persist the workspace or baseline between sessions.
The shortest useful journey #
- Create the organization
Add its identity, company profile, IT profile, and operating industries.
- Run Steer
Answer the design questions about strategy, goals, risk, regulation, sourcing, delivery, and technology adoption.
- Review the baseline
Challenge the priority objectives and confirm which deserve leadership attention.
- Open the capability view
Move from the priority to the people, process, information, and technology required to deliver it.
Before you start #
Use answers that describe the organization today, not the organization it hopes to become. Aspirational answers produce a flattering baseline and a weak decision tool.
