Re-tailor when your context changes
Run the designer again when strategy, risk, regulation, sourcing, or technology adoption changes.

When to create a new baseline #
- Leadership changes the enterprise strategy or major goals.
- A material risk, incident, or threat changes the exposure picture.
- New regulation or contractual obligations alter the evidence required.
- The organization changes sourcing, delivery methods, or the role of IT.
- A merger, acquisition, divestment, or restructuring changes the entity itself.
Re-tailor deliberately #
The current preview does not retain baseline history. If comparison is required, capture the earlier result outside the interface before running Steer again, then record which leadership decisions follow from the difference.
Use events and cadence #
Material events should trigger a review immediately. A scheduled leadership review catches slower changes that do not arrive as a single event.
